Adrian Escobedo is the CEO and owner of Serv It Safe Inspections Inc., based out of Addison, Texas. He is also an instructor, proctor, and health inspector. He is bilingiual in English and Spanish and uses his bilingual abilities in instructing courses. Adrian is also a TRA Preferred Instructor, a ServSuccess proctor, and an independent health inspector in two professional arenas: American Airline Center and Texas Motor Speedway.

Brenda Coloma is an expert in education and in real estate. Brenda obtained her B.A. in Biology from University of Texas at Dallas. She also received her Texas Teacher Certifications for EC-4, 4-8, ESL, and Bilingual Education. Before entering the real estate industry, she served the Latino community for 10 years as a Lead Bilingual/ESL Teacher, Bilingual Curriculum Writer, and Bilingual/ESL Summer School Coordinator. In 2021, motivated to mentor and train Latino real estate agents in commercial real estate, she obtained her Texas Broker license. Brenda’s passion is to educate and empower the Latino community using her expertise in commercial real estate and to inspire others to do the same.

Gaby Rocha came to this country in 2018 from Venezuela where she was a labor lawyer. She immediately fell in love with Dallas-Forth Word. Her husband introduced her to Real Estate and that’s when she knew she could mix her vocation for community service with her passion for Real Estate. Since 2020 she has been licensed as a real estate agent, she currently works to help you with your needs in Commercial, Residential, and investment Real Estate. What she loves most is living each client’s dream as if it were her own and helping them achieve their goals. Serves clients both in Texas and Foreigners who want to invest in Texas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting new places, and meeting new people.

Pete Garcia currently lives in the North Texas but was born and raised in the Lubbock, TX area. He attended Texas Tech University and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wayland Baptist University. He has his General Lines, Life, Accident, Health and HMO, Property and Casualty licenses. He has been licensed since 2004 and has 19 years in the insurance and financial sector. He was appointed by Texas Governor’s George Bush and Rick Perry to the Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners and served as a Public Member Appointee for 10 years. He also served as the President of Denton’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Board Member of America’s Chamber of Comme for Business. He is an advocate for small Hispanic businesses and likes to educate business owners about insurance.

JORGE DIEZ FREE

Jorge Diez is a first-generation immigrant from Spain. Started working in downtown Dallas buildings back in 1985 as a millworker. He has also framed many apartment buildings during the early 1990's as a labor tradesman. He studied during the night as he worked during the day and attained a bachelor’s degree at Illinois Benedictine university with a Business degree in Economics. He later on completed his Master postgraduate degree from the University of Dallas. He started on the renewal energy construction back in 2009 and since then his customers have extended to larger and more complex projects. Now, 14 years later, he manages a General Contractor construction company where he works for LandLords and entrepreneurs’ who have a heart and a vision to re-invent new restaurant flavors and concepts. He enjoys volunteering at his church teaching/coaching about 150 teens to remodel houses at the border during the summer as well as enjoy's cooking paella and many other dishes from Spain since 2002.
